Request Subdomain: Medical Initiative Against Homelessness

Hi, we would like to request a subdomain! Here is our info:

1. Medical Initiative Against Homelessness
2. "miah.zotters.org"
3. We do not need a forum.
4. We don't need a MySQL database
5. We would like to have Google Apps on our page.

let us know if you are having trouble setting it up. if you changed your mind and don't need a google apps website please let us know so we can shut it down.
